I needed a repair done to my electric powered blinds and Shady were able to do the job perfectly, despite the blinds having been fitted by another supplier (something which most blinds companies don’t seem to do). They did take 12 weeks for delivery but I was advised of that at time of order and the timescale was not extended. Luke was professional yet friendly through every interaction from order to installation. I would definitely recommend him to everyone. His prices are competitive especially compared to some more well known places but his service is so much better. Cannot fault Luke or his service/products.
